Clarice Marie Galliano Gisclair is survived by her husband, Rosemond Joseph Gisclair; two sons, Druby Pierre and Curtis John Gisclair; two daughters, Wynn Marie 'Sista' Gisclair Rousse and Hazel Anne Gisclair Pere; one brother, Horace Jules Galliano; five sisters, Salvina Marie 'Sally'  Galliano Armentor, Angelina Josephine Galliano Danos, Henrietta Marie 'Henri' Galliano Oster, Doris Mae Galliano Hagen and Joyce Ann Galliano Fullilove; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was 85, a native and resident of Galliano, when she died at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007.  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

Clarice was preceded in death by her parents, Pierre Antoine Galliano and Selima Jeanne Ledet Galliano; three brothers, Bud Paul, Smiley Joseph and Ernest Joseph Galliano; and two sisters, Harina Marie 'Rena' Galliano and Nancy Rita Galliano Surles.

She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
