Yvonne Marie Doucet Galliano is survived by her son, Philip Joseph Boudeloche Sr., daughter Joelia Ann Boudelouche Callais and Mary Lynn Boudelouche Collins and seven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

She was age 78, a native of Galliano and longtime resident of New Iberia, died in an Abbeville care facility at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007.  There was a committal service and entombment in St. Joseph Mausoleum in Galliano.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theophile Joseph 'Ty' Galliano and her parents, Oris Joseph Doucet and Ava (Eva) Marie Rousse.

She was a devout member and parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, as well as the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.  She enjoyed going to the casino, doing crafts, sewing, traveling and having visited California and other locales.
